Xi Alice ZongAlice Zong is an award-winning visual designer currently working at Apple Inc. as a senior graohic design lead.
With MFA degree, AIGA member and member of China Designers Association, Alice is focusing on Graphic design, Digital design and Branding, Typography, Packaging, Web and App Design. Passionate of design, present and support creative concepts. Proficient with Adobe Creative Creative Suite. Worked in a very systematic and diligent manner, and proved to be an independent thinker, a faster learner and a great team-worker. Alice Zong is dedicated to developing designs and branding with a conviction to quality. Alice's designs have won the "2020 Gold A'Design Award", “2018 Bronze A’ Design Award”, “Silver 2018-2019 IDA International Design Award” “2018 Graphic Design USA Award”, "Prize of the 6th National Design Grand Prix" etc. Alice's work has been collected and published in the book Chinese Motifs In Contemporary Design and Neo-Chinese Style Branding. by ZhuZi Art Book by ALICE XI ZONG A series of book editions for the collected works of traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting is published by Nanjing Zhuzi Art Museum. With its long history and elegant technique, the traditional Chinese paintings and calligraphy are treasured for their highly artistic and practical appeal. When designing the collection, abstract shapes, colors, and lines were used to create a consistent sensuality and highlight the blank space in the sketch. The effortless coincides with artists in traditional painting and calligraphy styles. Big Dream Visual Design by ALICE XI ZONG This visual design pays tribute to Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with a blend of traditional and modern styles that captures the essence of classic Chinese art. Nuanced brushstrokes showcase the beauty and depth of this art form. The study exhibits a balance of sophistication and cultural significance that is synonymous with Chinese calligraphy, highlighting its relevance to Asian culture. The design language is timeless, merging art and design to connect to the beauty of the past while forging a path towards the future, in celebration of the Asian Pacific American culture. Kanji Posters by ALICE XI ZONG The Kanji shapes and strokes represent the initial state and infinite existence of the surroundings. Inspired by the brushstrokes of Chinese calligraphy, the study of contextual ideas, the blend of styles, and cultural attention, the inclusive mentality of the spaces in between the shapes conferred by the strokes shows exquisite elegance and luxuriant cultural implications of Chinese calligraphy. Each poster is made out of a combination of the traditional Chinese element, bringing all the inspirations together and creating a unique, delicate Chinese style of impressionism. |
